hospitals and surgeons to provide them with a quality and reliable service
of surgical assistance, we employ surgical assistants who meet our strict requirements. We look for skilled first
assistants with an average of 800 hours of operating room experience per year for the last 3 years.
We provide surgical assistants who are capable of working in multiple specialties and demonstrate an ability to perform any task requested by an attending surgeon, in a variety of surgical procedures.

All USA surgical assistants are certified by the National Surgical Assistant
Association, the American Board of Surgical Assistants or the
Association of Surgical Technologists as a First
Assistant. We also require our surgical assistants to regularly attend workshops and seminars to fulfill continuing education (CE) requirements.
